People come to me when they cannot see where to start.

A sale that has gone quiet. A problem nobody has quite named. What is missing is rarely effort. It is a way of looking.

Both sides of the table
S
The buyer
I have been every person in your CRM.
i
The scientist who used the technology and found its limits.
ii
The evaluator who assessed the software and the service behind it.
iii
The director who chose between competing suppliers.
iv
The managing director who approved the capex and signed the purchase order.
The seller
I have also been on the other side of it.
So I know what it costs to win a sale, and why the ones you lost actually went.

Principles

Three rules
I do not break.

01
Evidence, not assumption
The obvious answer is often the wrong one. A conclusion earns its place through evidence, not because everyone in the room already believes it.
02
Nobody gets blamed
A sale that went quiet is a process that failed, not proof that someone was not trying. I have never found a problem that was fixed by working out who to hold responsible for it.
03
I will say if it is not a fit
Qualification runs both ways. If the work is not right for you, you will hear that on the first call.
?

If you don't look,
you don't find.

One conversation. Thirty minutes on one sale you lost that still bothers you. Then we both decide.
